Novara Real Estate (“Novara”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of our websites, people who submit inquiries through our forms, and clients we advise on property transactions in Bangalore, India.
1. Information we collect
When you submit a contact, NRI, partner, or property inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number and country code, the property or topic you asked about, and any message you chose to include. We also record the page you came from and standard UTM tracking parameters so we can understand which marketing channels are helpful.
Our servers automatically log request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for abuse prevention and rate limiting. Our analytics and marketing tags also set browser cookies (e.g. _ga for Google Analytics, _fbp for Meta Pixel) and record aggregate page-view and conversion events; the full list and what each sees is in §8 below.
2. How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, schedule viewings and consultations, provide property advisory services, and maintain internal records of our client relationships. We never sell your data. We share inquiry data only with the processors listed in §8 below — these support our advisory work, ad-campaign attribution, and CRM operations under data-processing agreements, and may not use the data for any other purpose.
3. Legal basis (DPDP Act, GDPR)
For residents of India, we process your information under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), on the basis of the consent you provide when submitting a form. For residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we process it under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent) and Article 6(1)(b) (steps to enter into a contract at your request).
4. Retention
Inquiry records are retained for up to 36 months after our last meaningful contact with you, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Transaction-related records are retained as long as required by Indian tax and real-estate law.
5. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at info@novararealty.in. You can also withdraw your consent at any time; we will stop using your information for further outreach while retaining the minimum necessary for legal obligations.
6. Grievance officer
For any concern under the DPDP Act, write to our Grievance Officer at info@novararealty.in with “Privacy” in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
Your data is stored in encrypted Supabase Postgres databases hosted in a region we control, with row-level security enforcing that only authorized Novara staff can access inquiry records. Communications with this site use HTTPS.
8. Cookies, analytics & marketing tags
We use a small set of analytics and marketing tags to measure how the site performs and to attribute leads to ad campaigns. Each is loaded with a distinct purpose and scope:
- Google Tag Manager — a container that orchestrates the other tags. It does not track on its own.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — aggregate site-usage analytics. Sets the
_ga/_gidcookies. Used to understand which pages and properties get traffic. - Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) — measures ad effectiveness, builds retargeting audiences, and attributes leads to Meta ad campaigns. Sets the
_fbpcookie. Sends standard events (PageView, ViewContent on a property page, Lead on form submission, Contact on a WhatsApp click). The browser Pixel does not receive your name, email, or phone — only page URL, anonymous event metadata, and the_fbpidentifier. We may add a server-side Conversions API mirror in a future release that hashes your contact details before sharing them with Meta for attribution-only purposes.
Processors that receive your inquiry data:
- Supabase — managed Postgres database where lead records are stored.
- Resend — transactional email provider that delivers admin notifications when you submit a form.
- SAGE Performance Marketing — our paid acquisition partner. Receives lead data (name, email, phone, message, property of interest) for ad-attribution and follow-up coordination.
- DealStack CRM — the operational CRM used to manage inquiries through to viewing and transaction.
Your controls: most browsers let you block third-party cookies or enable Tracking Protection. You can also opt out at the platform level — manage Meta ads preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences (Meta's privacy policy: facebook.com/policy.php); install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to disable GA4. We plan to add a cookie-consent banner in a future release that lets you decline these tags up-front.
